How many sessions will I need? | How often will I need to come?

  • Every case is different but a lot of clients see huge changes within their lives within 4-6 sessions.

  • The brain needs time to integrate and form new neural pathways, so I  generally suggest a session every 3-6 weeks.

  • Be prepared for ebbs and flows as we uncover new “layers” to heal. Symptoms may fluctuate after a session as your body learns and assimilates the new healthy behaviours – this is a natural part of the process.
